Fenrir saw something, whatever it was though it wasn't the cactuar and it also got away.

I like dogs though sometimes I wonder at what point they become too big.

Moreso than a cactuar.

I think I'll be looking into new ventures soon. These patrols are useful and will never stop, however I'm starting to feel like the definition of insanity.

That is good advice, and I would be a liar if I said that it sometimes wasn't frustrating when Gherkin would not stay still for their portrait.
